We use performance-based activities to foster a paradigmatic shift in fields of conflict transformation and activism. The goal is to collaborate with communities by engaging various formats of performance to communicate, exchange, and reflect on violence that emerges from identity-based conflict. Adaptive ethics as relational practice is used to confront the challenges of borders and find more possibilities for agency. Our artistic interventions include multiple research modalities. With every project we involve communities in designing the intervention, documenting the outcomes, and making the results public knowledge.
